We are currently working toward more shipping options, but until then we ship only to the US and use USPS- Standard Shipping which is calculated and added at checkout depending on the size of your package and the delivery location. We have a flat rate shipping of $6.95 for order under $100. Order $100 and above are shipped for free!

Please allow 3-5 for processing before your package is shipped. Once your item is shipped it is typically delivered within 3-5 business days depending on where you are located. 

USPS is experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. While we are shipping as normal, USPS is often delaying packages in transit. Almost all orders are delivering, we are just seeing USPS taking longer than normal and some packages are not scanning until the day they deliver. 

Southern Roots & Boots Boutique will gladly accept returns of fully priced, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise for a store credit (Southern Roots & Boots Boutique E-Gift Card) within 14 days from the date your order shipped. Items must not contain an excessive amount of human or animal hair and must not contain any smoke smell. Items that do not meet these requirements will be subject to denial.

Please allow 5-10 business days once your return reaches our PO box, to be processed. You will then receive an email confirmation with an e-credit gift card once your return is complete. 

Delays with US postal service or UPS shipping. Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please google UPS Claims Support or USPS Claims Support.
