Hi, I'm Ashton Peterson, the owner and creator of Southern Roots & Boots. I am an Army wife and dog mom of 2. My love for fashion and design has been lifelong, from designing my own prom dresses to redecorating rooms. After starting the Southern Roots & Boots blog in 2017 to share my passion for styling cowboy boots and home decor, I realized my true calling was in fashion.

In September 2024, I launched Southern Roots & Boots as an online boutique with a mission to empower women to embrace their love for cowboy boots by offering stylish, curated clothing and accessories that fit their lifestyle. From everyday comfort to standout looks, we're here to help you feel confident and fabulous no matter the occasion.
